TSDY Level 2 - Novice: Baptism

Complete this form after you have given 5 Bible studies to 5 different individuals within the church, on 5 different occasions (Into His Marvelous Light, Beyond Belief, or Bible Study In A Bag). This form will not be considered valid towards promotion until completion of level 2 requirements have been verified by your pastor or youth pastor. Early entries are prohibited and will not be accepted. All questions are in short answer format and require at least 15 sentences per answer (unless otherwise stated). Quotations and Bible verses do not count towards an answer. Please submit all contact information requested. Upon promotion, you will be contacted by email and allowed to move forward in PROJECT 242.

    You have the option of submitting a video to answer all questions in this form. Video answers will be judged upon the same criteria as written answers, and must include an appropriate amount of detail. For PROJECT 242, you MUST use either YouTube.com or Vimeo.com.

You agree and acknowledge that TSDY reserves the right to pass or fail any of your submissions during PROJECT 242. In the event that a submission is failed, upon contact of the failure, you reserve the right to tender a second submission for review. In addition, TSDY reserves the right to promote and publicize, through any means available to us, the progress, development, process, news, and success of the entries. You hereby hold TSDY harmless and indemnify TSDY against any course of action in any work.
